Formaticum mini cheese knives are the highest quality cheese tools. Handmade in Italy, these knives feature stainless steel blades and solid walnut handles. This set includes the following four mini knives and a wood box.

  • A general cheese knife will easily cut all firm or hard cheeses. Blade measures 4.75" long x 1.25" wide.
  • A soft cheese knife will easily cut all soft cheeses. The void in the blade helps prevent sticking.  Blade measures 4.75" long x 1.25" wide.
  • A blue cheese knife will easily cut blue cheese without making a mess. The thin blade prevents sticking. Blade measures  4.75" long x 0.25" wide.
  • A cheese spreader knife works well for serving gooey and fresh cheeses. Blade measures 3.75" long x 1.25" wide.

Wood box measures 15.75" x 8.5" x 1.25". Formaticum mini cheese knives should always be hand washed.
